Get the game code
Your team manager will show you a QR code or game code after the match.

Scan or type the code
Use your phone camera to scan the QR code, or type the game code (e.g. HAWKS-TIGERS-R1) on the home screen.

Pick a ticket number
You'll see a grid of available numbers — these are the voting tickets. Each ticket represents one vote that can be cast for this game. Tap any number to claim it exclusively. Once claimed it disappears for everyone else, so the same number can never be used twice. This is what prevents anyone from voting more than once.

Vote for 3 players
Pick your best player (3 points), then your second best (2 points), then your third best (1 point). You cannot vote for yourself.

Submit
Review your choices and tap Submit. Your vote is completely anonymous — no one can see who you voted for.
Note: You can only vote once per game. If voting is closed, the manager has locked the game — contact them if you think this is an error.
Setup

Get your account
Your club administrator creates your team in the WordPress admin panel. You'll receive a welcome email with your login details.

Add your squad
Log in and go to the Squad tab. Add all your regular players. Add extras (fill-ins, injury cover) in the Extras section. The squad is a pool — players can be added or removed at any time.
Each game

Create a game
Go to Games → fill in the opponent, date, round number and whether it's a weekend or Monday game. Click Create — tickets are generated automatically, one per player. Tickets are unique numbered codes: each player claims one before voting, which ensures nobody can vote more than once.

Show players the QR code
Click Manage on the game. Show the QR code or read out the game code. Players scan it on their own phone and pick a ticket to vote.

Manage players in the game
In the Manage screen you can remove a player (didn't play, injury) which deletes their ticket, or add a player from the squad pool which creates a new ticket. You can also add a blank ticket for a walk-in.

Lock voting when done
Once everyone has voted, click Lock voting to close the game. Players who try to vote will see a "Voting is closed" message.

View results
The Results tab shows a leaderboard for every game. Download a per-game CSV or the full season tally from this tab.

Season trophy
The Trophy tab shows the best & fairest leaderboard across the whole season, updated live as votes come in.

Per-game QR code
The default mode. Each game gets its own unique QR code, generated when you create the game. Show or print this code after each match — it only works for that specific game.

Season QR code
One QR code that works for the whole season. Players scan it and then pick which game they want to vote on from a list of open games. Print it once and display it all season — no need to show a new code each week.

Resetting the season code
If your season QR code is lost or shared too widely, tap Reset season code in the Settings tab. The old QR immediately stops working and a new one is generated. You will need to reshare the new code with your players.
Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen, or ask your club administrator to reset it from the WordPress admin panel.
